Monday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court , 29-year-old Ryan Taylor of Fultonham was sentenced to prison by Judge Kelly Cottrill.
Taylor had previously pled guilty to two counts of robbery and two counts of theft in connection with robberies in April at Zanesville gas stations.
Police say within a few hours, Taylor robbed both the Speedway on Blue Avenue and the Duke and Duchess at the corner of Maple Avenue and Brandywine Boulevard.

The Licking County Sheriff's Office nabs their suspect in a May pharmacy robbery.
After talking to witnesses and conducting several interviews, 26-year-old Jason Tewksbary of Thornville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Monday.
During an interview with detectives the man admitted to taking part in a May 28 robbery at the CVS pharmacy on East Broad Street in Pataskala.

Authorities in Newark are on the look out for a robbery suspect.
Police say a man walked into the Circle K on West Main Street Monday and demanded money from the clerk.
He's described as being around 5'7" to 5'9" with dark colored hair and was wearing a hat with a faded white symbol and a black zip up jacket.

A Zanesville man has pleaded guilty to a robbery charge in connection with an incident at a local grocery store.
48-year-old Jeffrey Johnson entered the plea Monday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.
Zanesville police say on February 24th, Johnson stole several items from the Pick N Save on Howard Street .Detectives say he also threatened two employees with a knife before fleeing the store.

A Zanesville man was sentenced Monday in connection with a purse snatching incident at a local grocery store that left two women hurt.

The Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a robbery in Newark.
Newark Police say on Sunday around 7:20 p.m., a white male walked into the Circle "k" convenient store on West Church Street and robbed the clerk of an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as around 5'5" to 5'9" in height with a stocky build and possibly in his twenties.

Zanesville police said they have made an arrest in connection with a robbery at Pick ‘N Save on Howard Street. Detective Sergeant Ric Roush said 48-year-old Jeffrey Johnson of Zanesville is in the City Jail on two counts of aggravated robbery. The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office is on the lookout for a suspect involved in an attempted robbery.
Sheriff Matt Lutz said that around 8 p.m. on Monday a woman walked into the BP gas station in Duncan Falls and threatened the clerks working there. He said she told the employees that she had a pipe bomb underneath her jacket. Lutz said he's unsure if the woman stole anything from the store. The Zanesville Police Department is searching for a man who robbed a Papa John's at gunpoint Thursday night.
According to Lt. Tony Coury, the robbery occurred at 1434 Maple Avenue shortly before 10 p.m.
Lt. Coury says a man walked into the store with a firearm and demanded cash. Once the clerk handed over the money the suspect fled on foot.
