A Zanesville man charged with a robbery at the Pick 'N Save  on Howard Street was arraigned in court Wednesday.
 

48-year-old Jeffrey Johnson appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court where he pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of aggravated robbery.

Zanesville police said they have made an arrest in connection with a robbery at Pick ‘N Save on Howard Street. Detective Sergeant Ric Roush said 48-year-old Jeffrey Johnson of Zanesville is in the City Jail on two counts of aggravated robbery. Roush said Friday, around 6:45 p.m., officers were called to the grocery store after a suspect pulled a knife and threatened two employees.

The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office is on the lookout for a suspect involved in an attempted robbery.

Sheriff Matt Lutz said that around 8 p.m. on Monday a woman walked into the BP gas station in Duncan Falls and threatened the clerks working there.  He said she told the employees that she had a pipe bomb underneath her jacket.  Lutz said he's unsure if the woman stole anything from the store.  No one was harmed, and the woman fled the scene before deputies arrived....

The Zanesville Police Department is searching for a man who robbed a Papa John's at gunpoint Thursday night.

According to Lt. Tony Coury, the robbery occurred at 1434 Maple Avenue shortly before 10 p.m.

Lt. Coury says a man walked into the store with a firearm and demanded cash. Once the clerk handed over the money the suspect fled on foot.

Bystanders at a Zanesville grocery store help police nab a robbery suspect authorities say injured two women.

According to Lt. Tony Coury with the Zanesville Police Department, a man grabbed a woman's purse in the parking lot of the Pick-N-Save on Howard Street around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon. Coury says in the struggle for the purse the victim was injured.

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office needs help after a weekend robbery. Detective Mike Ryan says it happened Saturday at the Speedway gas station at 3170 Maple Avenue. Ryan says the robber is described as a white male; around 5 feet 8 inches tall with a thin build. A McConnelsville man is sentenced in connection with a Duncan Falls bank robbery this past spring.
 

36-year-old Robert Hill appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Monday where he was sentenced to five years in prison.
 

Hill was charged with robbing the Citizen's National Bank in May of this year.
 

According to the Prosecutor's Office, Hill plans to appeal his sentence.

Zanesville Police have one man in custody and are searching for another man in connection with two incidents Thursday. Authorities say a man arrested in connection with an early morning armed robbery in Coshocton has also admitted to another robbery from last month.
 

In a press release, Coshocton County Sheriff Tim Rogers says around 3:00 Friday morning the Circle K Store on South 7th Street was robbed at knife point.
