We've all had our fair share of snow shoveling in the past week, but have you thought about the health risks involved while doing it?

The inches of snow on the ground has many residents digging themselves out Friday night.

The snow may still be falling but Kizzy Royston of Zanesville wanted to get a jump on her snow shoveling.

"It is beautiful, but unfortunately some people have to go to work so I figure if I shovel it now it might be a little bit easier to shovel it later on," says Kizzy Royston a Zanesville resident.
