Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in property damage at several businesses located on Hebron Road in Heath.

The Heath Police Department reports that on Dec. 31, 2014 a little before 11:00 p.m. suspect(s) damaged windows at the Hobby Lobby, the Sprint store, AutoZone, Dollar Tree and Tire Discounters.

A grant is helping local students stay connected.

Out of 5,000 schools nationwide Foxfire School was one of 23 to get the grant sponsored by the Federal Communications Commission. Through a partnership with Sprint Wireless each student will get a laptop device with 4-G capabilities. This will help student K-12 access digital text books and cutting edge learning tools.

September is Hunger Action Month, and Sprint stores across the country are taking part in a big-scale effort to feed those who are hungry.
