A Zanesville man pleads not guilty to charges surrounding a stabbing in Washington Township a week ago.

40-year-old Brian Wilson appeared before Muskingum County Common Pleas Judge Kelly Cottrill on two counts of felonious assault and one count of domestic violence. His bond was continued at $50,000.

The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office says a man is in custody after a stabbing in Washington Township.

Sheriff Matt Lutz says deputies were called to the scene at 2835 Adamsville Road shortly after midnight Sunday morning.

"During the time of the incident we did have a report of a man with a knife. Once our deputies arrived we did find that two people had been stabbed one of which was a self-inflicted wound," says Lutz.

The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office says an adult male is in custody after a stabbing in Zanesville last night.

Crews were dispatched to 1175 Ellis Dam Road around 8 p.m. for a dispute between neighbors. Deputy Tim Matheney says when they arrived at the scene, they found a 15-year-old juvenile who had been stabbed and had a one-inch incision. Captain Jeff LeCocq says the teen was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital where he was treated and released.

The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office is investigating a stabbing that took place in Zanesville.

It happened around 8 p.m. at 1120 Ellis Dam Road.

Deputy Tim Matheney says his office received an initial call about a dispute between neighbors. The Athens Police Department is issuing a warrant for the arrest of an Ohio University football player, who was allegedly involved in a weekend burglary and stabbing.

Officers were dispatched to the scene of the apparent burglary Sunday morning at 159 Mill Street. The victim's statement explained that an unknown man was standing in his bedroom late Saturday night. The victim shouted something to the suspect and startled him, causing the man to break through the home's glass door.

Details about Wednesday's Roseville stabbing that sent one man to the hospital are now being released.

The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office is investigating a stabbing late Tuesday night.

According to the Muskingum County Sheriff's Office daily logs the incident happened around 11 p.m. at 7 East Athens Road in Roseville.

The report says a man was stabbed one time and was taken by Med Flight to the Ohio State University Medical Center.

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says his office is investigating but could not release any other details.

A New Plymouth man had to hospitalized after being stabbed in Lancaster  Saturday night. According to a Lancaster Police report,  Justin Brunney, 21, was stabbed at a Lancaster motel around 10:30 Saturday night.

A witness called 911 and stated an unknown man had been stabbed and left after she tried to bandage his wounds. Lancaster Police found Brunney on South Columbus Street and he was transported to Grant Medical Center. Brunney is listed in fair condition...

The Newark Police Department says it is responding to a stabbing at 355 Clarendon Street.

The call came in around 10:45 p.m.

Dispatchers say the incident is under investigation and the department's detective division is handling the case.

A 5th suspect arrested in connection with the stabbing death of a Newark man is being held on a $1,000,0000 bond.

Licking County Municipal Court officials say the case of 20-year-old Nicholas Wallace will now go before a Licking County Grand Jury next week.
