The Ohio State Highway Patrol said they continue to investigate a two car injury accident near Duncan Falls.
The accident took place Thursday, September 25 just before 6pm on State Route 60.
Sergeant Jeff Jirles of the Zanesville Post says the crash sent a total of five people to Genesis Hospital. Three of the injured are area teens ranging in ages from 14 to 16 as well as a mother and her infant daughter.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said one woman was killed during a traffic accident in Coshocton County.
Sergeant Kelly said that the accident took place on US 36 between Coshocton and Warsaw around 5:10p.m. Monday.
He said their investigation shows that 46-year-old Tammy Steed, of Warsaw, was driving east on US 36 when she lost control of her vehicle, spun around and went left of center into the path of a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Karen Darby also of Warsaw....
A single car accident on Interstate 70 West slowed traffic Sunday afternoon.
The accident occurred around 1:30 p.m. near mile marker 169 east of Zanesville. According to the Zanesville post of the State Highway Patrol, a red Mercury Sable GS driven by 64-year-old Richard Noll of Zanesville was traveling westbound when he made an improper lane change and lost control striking the outside guardrail. The search for two reportedly missing teens from Cleveland ends just west of Cambridge.
Ohio State Highway Patrol's Zanesville Post Commander Lt. Matt Boyd said they received an alert early Sunday about a vehicle containing two missing juvenile females from Cleveland. The alert came from their Criminal Intelligence Unit.
That vehicle was located just after midnight Monday morning traveling east on Interstate 70, west of Cambridge in Guernsey County.
