Mayor Tilton began his Monday night State of the City speech by talking about the vast accomplishments in the City of Zanesville this past year.

The Mayor of Zanesville took time before City Council Monday evening to discuss the State of the City.

Zanesville Mayor Butch Zwelling delivered his final state of the city address to city council Monday night.
