Two local artists switch techniques for a new exhibit they like to call Trading Places.

Susan Stubbins and Susan Nash better known as The Two Susans have shared Studio 202 together on 3rd Street for the past ten years and now they have taken sharing a step further. Nash is primarily known for her quilt work, while Stubbins is known for her collages. The pair were inspired by each other and took a spin at each others craft for the project.

The Zanesville Applachian Arts Project is featuring Susan Stubbins, a retired art educator in the Zanesville City School district who has continued her passion for the arts in her own studio in downtown Zanesville.

A new exhibit is on display at the Zanesville Museum of Art.

Zanesville artist Susan Stubbins debuted fifty-eight pieces of art she's been working on for the last five years.

"They are all fairly recent works. They are all mixed media collages with watercolor, acrylic, paper. I use circles as a theme throughout my different pieces," said Stubbins.
