The Anchor Church of Zanesville is one of those churches offering special services for the Easter Holiday.

The fourth annual Community Easter Celebration is being hosted at the Secrest Auditorium on Easter Sunday.

Once again members of the Anchor Church have decided to bring the Easter extravaganza to Zanesville. This year's event is called "Awaken Out of Sleep" and organizers are expecting a large turnout. The public is asked to join them in celebrating the holy holiday.

All of the seats at Secrest Auditorium were packed with over a thousand people joining in the celebration on Sunday. Head Pastor of The Anchor Church, Aaron Bounds, says he believes celebrating Easter is not only important, but imperative.
