Tri-Valley track and field stars Kaylee Antill and Allie Farmer both signed national letters of intent to attend Division I colleges late last year. Over the weekend, the throwing duo proved that they are among the best of the best at the OATCCC Division I Indoor State Championships.

Tri-Valley thrower Allie Farmer signed a letter of intent to Bowling Green State University on Thursday, choosing the Falcons over Cornell and Ashland.

Farmer is the second senior Scottie thrower to sign with a Division I school; Kaylee Antill inked a letter to Arizona State last week.

The Sheridan Generals captured their inagural regional title at the DII boys' track and field regionals on the campus of Muskingum University.

The Generals brought home the gold in the 4X800, and also got wins from distance runner Matt Bromley in the 1600 and 3200. 

On the girls' side, Natalie Eberts cleared 5-01.00 to capture first place in the high jump for the Lady Generals, just ahead of John Glenn freshman Brooke Fatheree.

Being a student athlete at any university is no small task, but to set the standard for your program is entirely another. Muskingum senior and Maysville High School Alum Tyler Smith's career came to a close last Saturday at the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships, but he went out in style.

Kids across the area laced up their tennis shoes and hit the Zanesville High School Track...

An Olympic Gold Medalist and a Big Ten Champion are teaching kids about track and about faith.

At the Godspeed Track and Field Camp at Zanesville High School track Olympian Derrick Adkins said he's not just there to talk about track.
