Tax day is on the way, but Operation Feed is giving you a reason to smile as you file your return.

The United Way's annual sub sale as part of Operation Feed is coming up on April 15, but orders are now being taken for the sale. Executive Director of Christ's Table, Keely Warden, said the sale is a way to enjoy tax day.

Tax season is upon us and the United Way is reaching out to the community to assist them in filing returns.

Zanesville city employees took a lunch break for a cause Wednesday afternoon.

For the first time, at the James Singer Activity Center, city workers had a chili cook-off to benefit the United Way. Zombies were seen chasing runners all over Infirmary Mound Park in Granville today.

The United Way of Licking County hosted its second annual zombie 5k run/walk this afternoon. Registration was $30 for runners and there was a small fee for zombies who wanted help with their costume make-up. United Way outreach director, Luellen Deeds explained how the zombie race works.

As part of a first-time fundraiser, cars from Dutro Ford flooded downtown Zanesville this afternoon.

Dutro Ford, The Ford Motor company and United Way teamed up for the fundraiser. For every car or truck that was test driven, Dutro Ford donated $20 to the United Way of Muskingum, Perry and Morgan counties.
