The Zane State College Law Laboratory was dedicated on Thursday to Commander Tom Holdren and Mike Watton for not only their public service to the Zanesville community, but for their combined 50 years of teaching at Zane State College.

Donors, employees and other members of the community got to sign a reserved steel beam that will help hold up the Advanced Science and Technology Center for Zane State College

Zane State College is leading the area on a push for natural gas alternatives.

Friday at the college, a panel of specialists took part in an energy forum to discuss compressed natural gas and it's use in commercial vehicles. The panel spoke to a crowd of drivers, farmers and those in the fuel industry who want to learn more about the new technology.

It's not too late to register for spring semester at Zane State.

The new semester begins Monday and Thursday the college held a flash registration to help students register for classes. For students who missed their chance, there is still plenty of time to get enrolled.

Zane State College has a new energy addition.

President Paul Brown cut the ribbon on the school's new solar panel rey installed by Dovetail Solar on the college's front lawn. The five-kilowatt panels will generate power that the campus can use. This was made possible thanks to the Appalachian Energize Ohio Grant.
