Making a gingerbread house is a tradition for some for others their grade depends on it.

Students in the Zane State Culinary Arts program spent the day putting together the intricate details of a gingerbread house. These students have spent all semester working on the design concept, learning about the ingredients and developing a recipe. They'll be graded on their work.

You're invited to taste cuisine from around the world.

The annual Ethnic Food Fair will return to Zane State College this Friday. The menu will celebrate diversity, including Italian, French, Soul and Caribbean foods- all of which will be prepared by culinary students under the instruction of Chef Marco Adornetto.

"Cooking is so cultural diverse and there is so many different ethnic styles and cuisines that go into making a dish today," said Adornetto.
