The Zanesville football team has alot to be thankful for this November. The Devils have rolled off 13 straight victories, captured an ECOL championship, and advanced to the State Final Four for just the second time in school history. Despite all the hype, the Devils are business as usual this week, and most of all, thankful for the opportunity.

The success of Zanesville football transcends the field of play this season.  Everyone has played a part....from the players, coaches, parents, and even new technology. Recently, a high tech website has helped the process of distributing game footage from schools each week. JT Raymond has more on this handy invention.

The Zanesville High School Football Team will battle it out in the state semi-finals against Loveland High School.

Principal Mark Ulbrich expects to sell about 12 to 15 hundred tickets for the game. Ticket sales continue Tuesday at the ticket window at the high school on blue avenue.

"Ticket sales will be, Tuesday from 6 to 7 pm, Wednesday from 5 to 6 pm, and Friday from 11 until noon," said Ulbrich.

Wednesday Zanesville High School the community came together to support the football team with some school spirit at an exciting pep rally.

“We will see you guys on Friday, go blue," said Head Coach Chad Grandstaff.

The Blue Devils continue to head down the road to the state championship with their game this Friday and to show how proud the Y City is of the team. Many came out to a pep rally on a chilly yet a thrilling night.
