Currently over 180 businesses are located downtown, with more working to relocate to the area every day. Zanesville-Muskingum Chamber of Commerce President Tom Poorman said that many employers over the years have shown concern about what they pay for the insurance. That is why the Bureau of Worker's Compensation is offering programs to save costs.
