 A house fire occurred at 116 Luck Avenue in Zanesville Wednesday evening.

The call came in at approximately 6:40PM. We spoke to Assistant Fire Chief for the Zanesville Fire Department, Robert Long, who gave us an overview of what happened.

Zanesville Police are investigating a crash that occured early Saturday morning at the intersection of Dresden and Military Roads. Officers were pursuing a stolen Chevy Silverado 1500 when the car drove through an intersection stricking a Chevy Malibu. The Malibu rolled and landed upright.  A girl was struck by a vehicle Thursday afternoon near Zanesville Middle School.

It happened around 3:00 p.m. near the intersection of Blue and Forest Avenue. According to the Zanesville Police Department, the girl was attempting to cross Blue Avenue when she was hit by a red sedan heading northbound on Blue.

One local artist has created a painting featuring some familiar furry faces.

It was painted by Bob Grayson, a local man who works out of Gallery G in Downtown Zanesville. The painting features 3 of the K-9 dogs of the ZPD, one of those being Conner, who we had the chance to visit today. A two car injury accident occurred in Zanesville Tuesday evening.

The call came in around 8:30PM tonight for a collision occurring on the on ramp to Interstate 70 eastbound from Maple Avenue. We spoke to Zanesville Police Department Patrolman Derek Shilling who described to us what happened.

The Zanesville Police Department responded to a single car accident on Indiana Street at 5:58 Wednesday evening. 

According to the ZPD the driver turned out of an alley and lost control of her vehicle causing it to roll, strike a red Trail Blazer and it landed on its roof. Officers say the driver is in her late teens and suffered minor injuries in the accident. She was transported to good Samaritan Hospital by Genesis Community Ambulance. Zanesville Police investigate a possible shooting that took place early Tuesday morning. 

Lt. Chris Phipps said the incident took place at the Little Tijuana Bar on the corner of Ridge and Mead Streets. It was reported to authorities just before 2a.m.

Lt. Phipps said at this time they've been unable to locate a victim and the case is still under investigation.

Zanesville Police Department is looking for this week's most wanted suspect.

The Zanesville Police Department responded late Tuesday morning to a two car accident

The accident occurred at the intersection of State Route 719 and U.S Route 22. Patrolman Tom Landerman said Susan Zimmer was heading west on 719 when she ran a red light and struck 84-year-old Donald Moyer's vehicle.

Police say Moyer was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital with unknown injuries.

Zimmer contributed running the red light to running out of break fluid.
