The mission of the publication is to promote creative expression and to provide a venue for student work to be recognized.

On Saturday, April 30 from 2:00- 6:00P.M., the Philo High School Senior Class of 2016 will be hosting the Kaitlyn Grannon Memorial Cystic Fibrosis Walk. The walk will be held at the Philo Track complex. All proceeds will go to the Grannon family for funeral and medical expenses, as well as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for research. There will be a silent auction, concessions, and a DJ and band for entertainment. A bonfire and potluck will follow the walk, with a lantern launch at dark.

Area adults are invited to read and discuss the fascinating true story of the Boston Museum of Fine Arts’ acquisition of a previously unknown painting by Raphael and how the chaos that ensued challenged the museum and its charismatic director, Perry Rathbone.
