ZANESVILLE, OH – A group of women in Muskingum County is showing how small acts of kindness can make a big impact.

100+ Women Who Care Muskingum County is an organization made up of women who meet three times a year. Each member donates one hundred dollars at every meeting. After the donations are collected, one organization is chosen to receive the full amount. At their most recent meeting on October 2nd, AIMS Outreach was selected to receive the $1,000 donation.

“We just had our meeting last Thursday and our charities were AIM Outreach, The Animal Shelter, and Amy’s Tote’s of Hope. AIM Outreach won. They had never been chosen before, so we were really excited. They do such amazing work for our community, and it was a great meeting.” President of 100+ Women Who Care, Katie Graham said.

Together, these women have helped countless groups across the area, from outreach programs to community resources. Although gatherings are finished for this year, the next one will take place February 5th, 2026, at the Zanesville Country Club. Local women are encouraged to get involved and be part of this growing effort to give back.

“It’s phenomenal. I love that it is women supporting our community. People often say when a group of women come together, they get it done. And we do. So, I’m really proud of that.” Graham said.

100+ Women Who Care continues to make Muskingum County stronger with every meeting. More information on how to join or attend a meeting can be found on their Facebook page or the MCCF website.
