$1,000 Reward for Information on Tool Theft

The Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to tools being stolen from a Newark house.

The Newark Division of Police reports sometime between September 15th – October 20th, someone stole several tools out of a garage in the 1000 block of Shaw Drive. Items stolen include: a 24-foot extension ladder, drills, saws, sanders, and other items.

Anyone with information on this crime is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888 or 1-888-488-9058. A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to be issued at a later time.
