Carolyn Lee Ivey

Carolyn Lee Ivey, 75 of Cumberland, passed away on December 17, 2019 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

Carolyn was born in Noble County on November 7, 1944.  She is the daughter of the late Forrest and Iola DeLancy.  She previously worked as the manager for the Super 8 Motel in Cambridge, as a house keeper in the Cumberland area and as a bartender for the Operaman Inn.

Carolyn is survived by her son, Dwight (Amy) Moore and her daughter, Billie Jo Ivey both of Cumberland; her ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and her brothers, Larry DeLancy, Junior LeLancy and her sister, Phyllis Critghlow.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband, William E. Ivey who passed away on February 1, 2019; her son Arthur Lee Church, Jr. who passed away on July 15, 2017 and her daughter, Brenda Sue Treherne who passed away on December 6, 2016.

A memorial dinner will be held at the Cumberland United Methodist Church at 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 18, 2020.  The Farus Funeral Home of Cumberland is caring for the Ivey family.
