Comedy Night for Softball

ZANESVILLE, Ohio -Â A 501c3 non-profit regional softball team is joining Bryan Place for a Comedy Night.
The Ohio Bulldawg’s Elite Softball Organization adults are helping host a Comedy Night, Friday January 27, 2017 with doors opening at 6:00 P.M. and the show starting at 8:00 P.M. Director and Coach Josh Bobo said the idea came up when a teammates mother suggested they have an adult comedy night with Bryan Place. The softball organization asked the owner Carol Bryan for her partnership and they then planned the final details.
“Well it should be a fun night out for the adults in the organization typically a lot of our fundraisers are all about the kids this time the adults get to have some fun and it will still raise money for the kids,” said Bobo.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase and money raised will go towards the Bulldawg’s Elite Softball field maintenance and equipment. Bobo wants the financial support for the girls who play for the organization; so they can stay a part of the program and use the organization as a tool to get into college sports.
“It’s a resume builder, so we want to facilitate them anyway possible,” Bobo said. “You know because, as hard as they work they deserve it.”
Tickets for the Comedy Night are 15 dollars. To get tickets call either Josh Bobo at (740) 877-4784 or Tim Wyatt at (740) 607-1030 for a will call at Bryan Place.
