2nd Most Wanted Suspect Arrested

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office says the second of two most wanted suspects is now in custody. Deputies say 30-year-old Joshua Spargrove has been picked up. He was wanted on a felony warrant of meth possession. The other most wanted suspect 51-year-old Thomas Smith was picked up last week.
