3 Major Licking County Levies Pass

The Licking County Library one mil, five year levy is a go by a slim margin of 51 percent to 49 percent. The Granville Public Library and Heath School District levies also passed by about 40 percent.  

On the failing side was the C-TEC, Licking County Mental Health, and Lakewood School District levies.

As for races in Licking County, Doug Smith took the Republican seat for County Commissioner by 50 percent against both Duane Flowers and Ed Martin. Michael Smith is the Republican candidate for County Auditor by 44 percent, and in another close race, Robert Morris beats Brian Waltz, 57 to 43 percent for the Republican Common Pleas Judge Nomination.
