3 Plead Not Guilty In Drug Raid

Two Zanesville men charged after a drug raid last month appear in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court. The Prosecutor’s Office says that 48-year-old David Durant and 35-year-old Ross Gannon entered not guilty pleas to multiple drug and gun charges. Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says the charges stem from a search at 1620 Wheeling Avenue that revealed 45-thousand dollars in methamphetamine, 7-thousand dollars in heroin, 28-hundred dollars in cocaine, 23-thousand dollars in US currency and three handguns. A third defendant in the case – Jonathon Lanning also pleads not guilty to two weapons charges. Common Pleas Judge Kelly Cottrill continued Durant and Gannon’s bonds at 500-thousand dollars each and Lanning’s bond at 100-thousand dollars.
