3rd Annual Dick Guss Memorial Golf Outing

The outing will take place Saturday, May 7th at 9 a.m. at the Eaglesticks Golf Club in the memory of South Zanesville Firefighter Dick Guss.

Lt. Chas Cosgrave of Newton Township Fire Department said it’s a great event to attend and to support a great cause.

“We do it every year as a memorial for Dick Guss, a firefighter with South Zanesville Fire Department who suffered a line of duty death. Proceeds this year will go to benefit the Ohio Fast Teams. In the event of a firefighter death, they actually come in and assist fire departments in making arrangements for the firefighters and their families,” said Cosgrave.
