CAMBRIDGE, OH – The Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival is returning to Cambridge City Park for its 56th year.

The Arts & Crafts Festival kicks off on Friday August 14th and runs through Sunday August 16th.

Stephanie Bridwell, the Board President of the Festival, says there will be over 75 artists, musical performances, food, and fun for everyone.

“It’s a chance for the community to gather and some of our artists have been coming there for 40 years.” Bridwell said. “Some of our performances are year round, we always have the Cambridge City Band which is the longest, continuous band in the country playing, so families have developed traditions around this. People come, they schedule their vacations or reunions and it just becomes old home week and we really enjoy the opportunity to gather to celebrate our community and the arts.”

Attendees will have the chance to look at what’s for sale in the market place tent, stop in the student art tent, as well as see some heritage art that will be on display.

Bridwell says her favorite part of the Arts & Crafts Festival is getting to see everyone’s talents all in one place.

“Especially our young people, we have, within the student art, and our student music performances.” Bridewell said. “There’s a lot of great things and there’s such enthusiasm and joy.”
