Bell Pleads Not Guilty to Sex Charges

A New Concord man facing rape and other sex charges appears in court for his arraignment. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says that 48-year-old Michael Alan Bell went before Common Pleas Judge Kelly Cottrill and pled not guilty to three counts of rape, four counts of gross sexual imposition and three counts of sexual battery. Judge Cottrill continued Bell’s bond at 500-thousand dollars.
