Former Wrestler Hosts An Inspirational Men's Breakfast

Ted Dibiase formally known as ‘The Million Dollar Man’ and a wrestling legend appeared at one local church today.

‘The Million Dollar Man’ hosted an all men’s breakfast at Rolling Plains Methodist church early Saturday morning; to share the gospel with other men. Dibiase told us he has been an Evangelist for the last 15 years and he travels all over the United States and Canada to minister the gospel.

“I have a unique spirit of influence. A lot of Pastors tell me I draw many people in, when I come to speak at their church that normally wouldn’t knock on their doors. We all have a unique spirit of influence and if we’re really followers of Christ, we’re to use that spirit of influence in his war,” said Dibiase.

Dibiase told us at the height of his popularity and fame in the WWF now known as the WWE he came to a crisis in his life.

“I had to face my wife and confess adultery and I faced the possibility of losing her and my family. It was a wake up call. It was realizing that I put the most valuable things in my life in jeopardy for totally self serving reasons,” said Dibiase.

The wrestling legend told us, having the opportunity to tell his story and share the gospel brings him joy.

“It’s great. It’s one thing to enjoy Gods forgiveness and grace in your life but, another to be in a place where you feel called to go out and share it; and to be allowed to be used as a vessel to reach other people, nothing has given me greater joy, said Dibiase.

If you missed Dibiase speech, he will be speaking at Rolling Plains Methodist church at all three morning services Sunday.
