Retailers Gear Up For the Biggest Day of the Year

Now that madness of Black Friday and Christmas frenzy are finally over, retailers are gearing up for an influx of customers.

Shopping malls across the United States are packed once again with shoppers and this time it may not be for the reason you might think.

The day after Christmas has been long regarded as the biggest return day of the year and Saturday, Colony Square Mall is filled with shoppers.

Some shoppers are there just shopping picking up items Santa forget were on their Christmas list and others are there to return the gifts that were not quite what they were expecting.

“I came to return things and get different sizes,” said Amona Norris.

“I brought back a couple returns. And looking for some good deals,” said Melinda Ford.

“I’m just here looking around spending some money,” said Dylan Love.

Colony Square Mall has extended it’s holiday hours through Dec. 31. So just in case a gift receipt was not included with your presents or you were not able to exchange your gift, do not fret. You can always re-gift your unwanted gift next year.
