Sheriff Announces Indictments

The Perry County Sheriff’s Office released details involving the indictments of several people for either drug trafficking or burglaries. Sheriff William Barker says 34-year-old Shannon “Curtis” McPeak of New Lexington is facing multiple charges including aggravated trafficking in drugs. The Sheriff says 36-year-old Anthony Tamburello of Crooksville is facing a multiple drug charges including aggravated trafficking in meth and illegal sale of hypodermics. Barker says 50-year-old Winifred “Jane” Smalley of Crooksville is facing aggravated trafficking in drugs. The Sheriff says the following people were indicted on burglary and theft charges: 18-year-old Nikolas Stoneburner of Roseville faces complicity to burglary and complicity to theft. 28-year-old Joshua Dalrymple is facing breaking and entering and theft charges. And finally, 23-year-old Wayde Beach and 25-year-old Joshua McCabe, both of Crooksville face breaking and entering and theft from the elderly charges. All the cases remain under investigation.
