Noble County Woman Dies In Fire

The Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department says it’s investigating a weekend fatal fire. Noble County Sheriff Stephen Hannum says it happened Saturday night just before midnight at 46118 Ralph Road in Noble Township. The only resident of the home, 71-year-old Shirley Blair was found dead by firefighters inside the home. Sheriff Hannum says the cause of the fire remains under investigation and no foul play is suspected. The Caldwell and Belle Valley fire departments responded to the fire.
