Sheriff Lutz: Purse Snatching Suspect Identified

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says they have identified the suspect from the Valentines Day purse snatching incident. And Lutz is thanking area citizens for tips that made it happen. The Sheriff says his investigators got several tips from citizens including the owner of the vehicle that was involved. Lutz says that tip resulted in the name of the suspect who has now been interviewed about the incident. Lutz say charges are expected to be filed by the end of the week and that’s when his name will be released. On February 14th at the South Zanesville Wal-Mart a white male snatched a purse from an elderly female which lead to a plea for help from authorities for information about the incident.
