Home Invasion Investigated

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says his department is investigating a home invasion. It happened just after 4:30 Friday afternoon at 1608 Greenwood Avenue. Sheriff Lutz says the victim was assaulted by the suspect and had his wallet – with cash – taken. The victim was injured but refused treatment. Lutz says this was not a random incident, but likely the victim was targeted. No other details released.
