ZFD Hydrant Flushing Monday and Tuesday
ZANESVILLE, Ohio-Â Zanesville Fire Department will be flushing hydrants on Monday and Tuesday beginning at 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Hydrant flushing will happen Monday in the general area of Zane Street, Elm Street, Howard Street, 1- 70 South to Main street from Underwood Street to the river and all side streets in the area.
Then on Tuesday, Main Street South to Canal Street from Underwood West to the river and all side streets in the area.
Residents in these areas may experience discolored water and reduced pressure. ZFD advises residents to wait until after 4 p.m. for the water to clear, before doing laundry.
