SEOSO Plays Western-Themed Concert

A musical group brought the wild west to Guernsey County Sunday…

The Southeastern Ohio Symphony Orchestra hosted a children’s concert at the Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center in Cambridge. Conducted by Music Director Laura Schumann, the orchestra played a variety of western music, including the well-known theme song of the Lone Ranger and a cowboy/cowgirl sing-a-long. Vocalist and cowboy David Davis showed off his roping skills with a horse before the concert. Sunday’s performance was the finale of the orchestra’s season.
