Lindsey Indicted for Attempted Murder
The Perry County Sheriff’s office said in a press release that a New Lexington man was indiced on various charges from burglary to felonious assault.
The Perry County Sheriff’s Office said 31-year-old Timothy Lindsey is accused of forcing his way into his ex-wife’s residence at 284 West Lake Street in Roseville armed with a 22 caliber rifle on April 22, 2012.
Lindsey reportedly fired two rounds at his ex-wife and a 17-year-old girl in the home.
He’s also accused of attempting to shoot another male in the home before fleeing.
Lindsey was arrested at Genesis Bethesda Hospital by Genesis Police.
He faces four charges including aggravated burglary, two counts of abduction, two counts of attempted murder and three counts of felonious assault.
