There are still approximately 3,500 Guernsey-Muskingum Electric Cooperative members without power. The Mt. Sterling substation was re-energized at 7:15 p.m. last night. Progress has slowed as linemen work away from main roads, where trees are plentiful and increased damage is discovered.
