Semi truck accident on I-70 near Norwich

NORWICH, Ohio— The Ohio Department of Transportation is reporting that I-70 westbound is restricted to one lane at exit 164 near Norwich due to a crash.

The accident happened around 4 p.m. Monday . Initial reports indicate a UPS freight truck hit a guardrail and then overturned.

ODOT said motorists should expect delays.
