ZANESVILLE, Ohio — The Muskingum Co. Community Foundation is announcing this year’s Brian T. Wagner Leadership Award.

“I received the award, which is a tremendous honor. I really appreciate it,” says Kyle Witucky, this year’s recipient. “It does mean a lot to me. I grew up in this community, played sports in this community, went to Zanesville City Schools. My wife and I decided to come back to this community. Megan is an elementary school teacher with Zanesville City Schools. We’re heavily invested in this community. We love the people here, we love the community and we want to give back as much as we can.”

Witucky is a former president of Zanesville Rotary and is a named partner at Stubbins, Watson, Bryan & Witucky in downtown Zanesville.

“I just really got involved in different organizations in the community. Various nonprofit organizations including Rotary Club and others. I don’t feel like I’m doing anything special in the community, truly, it’s just doing what I’m supposed to do. Just a small town guy trying to chip in here and there on different projects,” he adds.

Witucky says he’s humbed and honored to receive the award from the Muskingum Co. Community Foundation. He’ll be presented with the award during the Groundhog Day celebration Friday, Jan. 31 at the campus of Ohio University Zanesville & Zane State College.
