Robert “Chris” C. Joseph, 1967-2020

Robert “Chris” C. Joseph, 52 of Zanesville, died 4:30 AM, Thursday, March 12, 2020, at The Ohio State University Hospital.

He was born Friday, June 30, 1967, in Zanesville, the son of Dora S. (Joseph) Dobbins and married Jodi L. (Sigler) Joseph on Saturday, May 21, 2005.

Chris was the manager of Speedway Convenient Store on Blue Avenue for many years, and really enjoyed all types of technology. He loved his dogs and greatly enjoyed the time he spent with his four legged family. Chris was a loving and caring brother and husband who loved spoiling his wife.

In addition to his mother: Dora Dobbins, Chris is survived by his wife of the home: Jodi Joseph; four siblings: Kent (John Yowler) Joseph of Columbus, Margaret (Tony Kennedy) Joseph, Kelly (Chris Brewster) Joseph and Donald Dobbins all of Zanesville; one niece and one nephew: Angel & Austin Dobbins and one uncle: Archie Joseph.

Chris was preceded in death by one aunt and one uncle: Lucile Gheen and Herb Joseph.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at the Hillis, Combs & Nestor Funeral Home, 935 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, and 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Wednesday at the funeral home. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Barrell officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Logan.
