Sheriff Releases Names of Drug Suspects

Perry County Sheriff William Barker released the names of two men arrested last week on drug charges. The Sheriff says they are 32-year-old Heath Hendershot of Zanesville and 26-year-old Joshua Savage of Crooksville. Barker says Hendershot is accused of trafficking in bulk amounts of heroin and Savage is accused of permitting drug abuse. Sheriff Barker says both men are believed to have traveled to Columbus to purchase heroin on September 5th and brought the drugs back to be distributed in Perry County. Both men will appear for a bond hearing on Tuesday.
