New Lex Man Waives Hearing In Murder Case

A New Lexington man charged in a recent murder appeared in Perry County Court Tuesday.  Prosecutor Joe Flautt says 52-year-old Patrick Pidock waived his preliminary hearing.  Flautt says the case is now bound over to a grand jury which is expected to meet in November. Pidock is charged with first degree murder in the death of 39-year-old Suzanne Brown.  She was discovered in her New Lexington Village apartment last Sunday night.  Pidock is being held in the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
