Library To Start Halloween Event

ZANESVILLE, Ohio-The Muskingum County Library System is starting up a new Halloween event this year.
The library is having a themed murder mystery. The event lasts the entire month of October and is completely virtual.
“This month the library is having an all new type of event called a virtual murder mystery. The staff have written it and it’s themed with the popular board game Clue. each week you can tune in on our Google Sites and see as new evidence is unfolding and interviews are released. Audiences can actually participate in this by voting each week on who they think is the murderer.”, Youth Librarian Kerrie Hrycko said.
Votes will be counted until October 30th and then the murderer will be revealed on Halloween. The library system is also starting its after school snack program back up.
“Starting this week at each of our branch locations you can pick up a snack after school. The snacks are provided by Children Hunger Alliance and they are intended for those under the age of eighteen. You can pick those up weekdays from three to four pm.”
More information on these programs as well as others can be found on the library’s website.
