Week 7 Genesis Player of the Week – Jaxson Radcliffe

DUNCAN FALLS, Ohio- In the first round of the playoffs Philo got its revenge, and then some.

Philo defeated Maysville 43-0, a week after losing to Maysville 43-42 in overtime.

The Electrics were clicking on all cylinders with one of the main contributors was junior Jaxson Radcliffe.

With two seconds left until halftime, Radcliffe caught a 20-yard touchdown pass in the back of the end zone to give Philo a 21-0 lead at the break.

Radcliffe was also making an impact on the defensive side. An interception and a number of pass break ups were a key reason the Panthers couldn’t get on the scoreboard.

Philo will hit the road to take on undefeated Meadowbrook, Saturday night, in the second round of the playoffs.
