Two Women Charged After Shooting Incident
The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says two women arrested this week after a shooting incident on Old River Road are now formally charged.
Prosecutor Mike Haddox says 21-year-old Sommer Hoskins of Columbus is facing one count each of aggravated robbery with a gun specification, theft of checks, theft under $1,000 and having a weapon while under disability for a robbery conviction in Franklin County in February of 2012.
Haddox says the other woman involved in the incident, 23-year-old Danyeal Saleh of Sunbury is facing one count each of complicity to aggravated robbery with a gun specification, theft of checks and theft under $1,000.
The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office says on Wednesday evening just before midnight a man at 2425 Old River Road invited the two women into his home, got into a dispute with them, which resulted in two shots being fired from a 22 caliber handgun.
The women fled and scene and were later arrested by deputies. They are being held in the Muskingum County Jail.
