Lotus is Looking for a Home

Lotus

The Muskingum County Dog Warden and Adoption Center is searching
for a home for a loveable stray.

Lotus arrived at the facility in February. They are unsure
of her age, but are certain she would make a great addition to any home.

“She is very shy, but very good on a leash to walk. Actually,
yesterday we had a couple come in with two young children, actually younger than
5 years of age, and she did absolutely wonderful,” said Doug McQuaid,
volunteer.

For $105 you can adopt Lotus. She will be fully vaccinated
and spayed.

“We do require that you make an appointment so you can meet
her and if you have any other dogs let us know that too. We’ll gladly have a
volunteer or staff member assess you with those situations. We have a play area
that you are welcome to go into with your animal or just Lotus herself,” said
McQuaid.

If you would like to adopt Lotus or any other dog at the
Center at (740) 453-0273.
