Power Outage Reported on North End of Zanesville.

Some north end Zanesville residents are waking in the dark Monday.  An accident at the intersection of Dresden and Military Road knocked out service to over 500 American Electric Power Customers. A-E-P says the restoration time for power is 2:00 p.m.
