Robert “Bob” Dee Winkle

Robert “Bob” Dee Winkle, 70 of Nashport died at 12:21 AM Monday, August 2, 2021 at Altercare Zanesville.

He was born June 12, 1951 in Zanesville Ohio the son of Robert K. Winkle and Wanda J. Swank Winkle.

Bob retired from Carl Rittberger Meats after 40 plus years of service. He enjoyed antique cars, car shows and in his earlier days enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Most recently, he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandson and meeting up with his friends of the “Old Geezers Club” at local restaurants.

He survived by his son, Jason A. (Sondra) Winkle; grandson,  Billy Winkle; a step-grandson, Christian Burns; a sister, Jean Ann (Ed) Arbaugh; two brothers, Jack Winkle and John (Joyce) Winkle; several nieces & nephews, and many friends including Becca Sellars, whom he considered more of a granddaughter. Bob was preceded in death by parents, a brother David Winkle.

A private service and burial will be held later at Zanesville Memorial Park.
