Schubach Big Band to Hold Free Concert this Sunday at Zanes Landing

DOWNTOWN ZANESVILLE, Ohio-This Sunday night at 7PM, the Schubach Big Band is hosting its annual free concert event at Zanes Landing Park.

The free concert will include many Schubach Big Band originals and covers of other hit songs.

“Of course we’ll feature Big Band music of Count Basie and Henry Mancini; and music of The Beatles, Carol King, Lee Greenwood, and we’ll even feature some new music of a local composer who we think we should give a chance to. We’re going to have fun,” David Schubach, conductor for the Schubach Big Band stated.

With a lot of time at home spent practicing, now more than ever, the Schubach Big Band is ready to entertain you and your family with its sweet symphony.

“We’ve had a year off, and we can’t wait to play for you. This is our gift to the community. So we hope to see you Sunday night at Zanes Landing Park at 7PM,” Schubach

The concert is free to attend, and you’re encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair for a place to sit. In the event of it raining, the concert will be held indoors at the Grace United Methodist Church which is only a few blocks away from the park.
