Rita Jane Krouskoupf

Rita Jane Krouskoupf, 90, of Zanesville, died at 10:17 P.M. on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, Zanesville. She was born September 21, 1930, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Ernest William and Alice Violet (Rarick) Northrup. She was a nurse and retired from Bethesda Hospital after over fifty years of service.
She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Sue Smith and Tina Virgene (David) Jones; three sons, Daryl Ray (Karen Herron) Krouskoupf, Terry Lynn (Lisa) Krouskoupf, and Douglas Jon Krouskoupf; fourteen grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Walter Krouskoupf who died in 1997; two sons, James Walter Krouskoupf II and Thomas Dixon Krouskoupf; and three brothers, Marne D. Northrup, Lee Morrison Northrup and a twin brother, Ronald Northup.
Friends and family may call from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville, beside her beloved husband James, at a later date.
