Sheridan Girls and McKenzie Headed to State

The Sheridan girls golf team will be making an appearance at the state golf tournament after their win at districts Tuesday.

At the Pickaway Country Club the Generals shot a team score of 353 to move on. Senior Meg Saffell shot an 89 on the day. Senior Morgan Cornwell scored an 83. Senior Shauna White got a 93. Sophomore Morgan Wamer shot an 88 and senior Calista Baird shot a 102.

Crooksville’s Riley McKenzie advanced as an individual golfer with her score of 72.
